Les Croisées
University of Montréal
Individual Project
15 Weeks
The initial objective was to find an interesting spatial composition governed by a system allowing the squared lot to be divided into three patio houses, each having an equitable ratio between the interior and the exterior. The first phase of the project established the general composition of the space, while the second led to the development of the internal composition of the dwellings. The final result, entitled Les Croisées, responds to the initial objectives with its dynamic and harmonious spatial composition that promotes community life while preserving the privacy of the inhabitants of each house. Despite the differences between the units, the connection between the interior and exterior spaces remains equitable, which also meets the initial goal.
